Pay:$18.00 - $24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking a CNC Machinist with 1-5 years of experience operating CNC machines. This position is ideal for candidates ranging from entry-level operators to experienced machinists capable of independently setting up machines and making program edits. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude the ability to read blueprints and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently to produce quality parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and work instructions.
• Perform machine setups and make program edits as experience allows.
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Read and accurately use tape measures and precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor machine performance and identify quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of CNC machining experience preferred.
• Experience with Mazak machines is a plus but not required.
• Mastercam experience is not required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is required.
• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Candidates with less experience but a strong desire to learn and develop machining skills will be considered.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift carry and move materials as needed.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
