CNC Machinist

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our team for openings on our day and night shifts. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working on complex high-precision machined components. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setting up operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce parts that meet our exacting standards and specifications.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting up operating and maintaining CNC machines (lathes mills etc.).
• Reading and interpreting complex blueprints engineering drawings and work orders.
• Inspecting machined parts using precision measuring instruments (e.g. micrometers calipers gauges) to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Making necessary adjustments to machine settings to optimize performance and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Troubleshooting and resolving machining problems.
• Performing routine machine maintenance.
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Producing high-quality parts efficiently and within specified tolerances.
• Working collaboratively with other machinists engineers and quality control personnel.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a CNC Machinist machining complex high-precision components.
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints engineering drawings and work orders.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (micrometers calipers gauges etc.).
• Solid understanding of machining principles techniques and tooling.
• Ability to set up operate and troubleshoot CNC machines (lathes mills etc.).
• Knowledge of G-code programming.
• Excellent attention to detail and a focus on producing high-quality parts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain high attendance standards.
• Ability to strictly adhere to written and verbal instructions.

• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift
• 3rd Shift
