Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Sanford FL. This hands-on role is responsible for setting up operating and maintaining CNC and manual machining equipment to produce high-quality precision components. The ideal candidate will have strong machining experience a commitment to quality and the ability to work effectively in a production-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up operate and adjust CNC and manual machine tools to manufacture precision components according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings work orders and engineering documents.
Select appropriate tooling fixtures and materials for machining operations.
Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers micrometers and gauges.
Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment remains in good working condition.
Troubleshoot basic machining tooling and production issues to minimize downtime.
Document production activities and maintain accurate records in accordance with quality standards.
Collaborate with supervisors engineers and production personnel to meet production schedules and quality objectives.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures including lockout/tagout requirements and safe equipment operation practices.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity efficiency and quality.

Minimum 3 5 years of experience operating CNC and/or manual machining equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with machine setup operation adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and machining specifications.
Proficiency with precision measuring tools including calipers micrometers and gauges.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and shop floor best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in industrial manufacturing environments; experience with fluid sealing products or related industries is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical vocational or trade school training in machining is preferred.
