What Youll Do as a CNC Machinist / Programmer

  • Program set up and operate CNC lathes and milling machines to produce precision agricultural components.
  • Select tooling fixtures speeds and feeds to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Produce first-run and short-run parts that meet exact specifications.
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment.
  • Optimize machining processes to improve quality and production efficiency.
  • Work with engineering and production teams to solve machining challenges.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean safe work area.


Our Ideal CNC Machinist / Programmer

  • Experienced: At least one year of experience programming and operating CNC lathes and CNC milling machines.
  • Mechanically Inclined: Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use precision measuring instruments and troubleshoot machining challenges to produce accurate high-quality parts.
  • Dependable: Self-motivated organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently while consistently delivering quality workmanship with minimal supervision.
  • Problem Solver: Enjoys improving machining processes optimizing production efficiency and finding practical solutions to manufacturing challenges.
  • Team-Oriented: Takes pride in producing quality work values integrity and continuous improvement and enjoys contributing to a collaborative family-oriented manufacturing team.


What We Offer Our CNC Machinist / Programmer

  • Pay: $80000-$100000/year DOE
  • Paid Time Off
  • Paid Holidays
  • Retirement Plan with a 3% company match
