Our thin film technologies are used in vacuum coating systems to make windows smartphones display screens solar panels automobile components decorative hardware and more.
As a CNC Machinist youll take ownership of complex machining assignments working independently to produce high-quality components while ensuring production goals are met efficiently and safely. Youll have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced engineers on both production and research & development projects giving you exposure to a variety of challenging and rewarding work.

Produce a quality product in an efficient manner
Accurately translate blueprints to manufacture parts
Follow all work orders and travelers that the company will provide
Follow all quality standards that are set by the company
Follow all safety rules
Maintain a clean organized and debris free work area
Accurately preform setups in the CNC machines on their own
Practice lean manufacturing skills in all areas of the shop
Maintain a positive attitude and strive for continual improvement
Reduce manufacturing costs when possible
Remain proactive at all time
Master Cam knowledge or willing to learn
Basic ability to read and program using G & M codes at the controller
Ability to make their own fixturing and vise jaws
Willing to train other team members
