CNC Machinist

Position: CNC Machinist
Location: Nazareth PA

ASGCO engineers manufactures and distributes a wide array of conveyor and screening components all specifically designed for the above-ground and underground mining aggregate cement recycling bulk shipping terminals pulp and paper food processing and other bulk material handling industries. Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience
• Extensive knowledge of basic math geometry and measuring devices (caliper micrometer etc.)
• Extensive knowledge of Mazatrol Programming (turn & mill)
• Knowledge Manual lathe and milling machines
• Read a variety of manuals blueprints and following prescribed formats with the ability to inform others and solve practical problems
• Ability to set up & program milling machines and lathes
• Maintain accurate records
• Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Valid Drivers License to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to hold tolerances
• Can lift up to 100lbs bending kneeling reaching and standing for long periods of time significant fine finer dexterity

Working Conditions:

• Frequently exposed to regulated noise cold working conditions also exposed to smells that are within the guidelines
• Possible exposure extremes in temperature and humidity moving mechanical parts risk of electrical shock toxic chemicals fumes or airborne particles
• While performing the duties of this job you will be required to stand sit demonstrate manual dexterity climb stairs and ladders work on elevated platforms talk hear and see.
• Personal protective equipment is required on a regular basis which may include a hard hat hearing protection safety glasses safety footwear and as needed respirator gloves and other required protective equipment as required.
