CNC Machinist II (2nd Shift) 5,000 Sign On

• Program and machine parts using 2D and 3D toolpaths (Surfcam and/or Mastercam)
• Read and interpret prints specifications and 3D models
• Setup and operate CNC mills and/or lathes for intermediate to complex jobs
• Select machines tooling fixtures and materials based on project requirements
• Modify existing programs to improve efficiency and quality
• Design custom fixtures and calculate speeds feeds and depths of cut
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring tools
• Support less-experienced machinists with technical guidance
• Collaborate with Project Managers on job scope timing and quoting

• 2 years of CNC machining and programming experience
• Proficiency in print reading GD&T and high-tolerance machining
• Experience with Surfcam and/or Mastercam
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
