In this position youll be working with a company that manufactures high-speed packaging equipment and is considered a global leader in the industry. This role will focus on setting up programming and operating CNC milling machines (3 4 & 5-axis) to produce precision components used in advanced packaging systems.

This is a Direct Hire role that must be worked on-site.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up program and operate 3 4 and 5 axis CNC milling machines
• Select and install appropriate tooling for each job
• Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and precision
• Perform routine maintenance and tool changes
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of CNC Machining experience
• 3 years of CNC programming experience (Heidenhain controls preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong understanding of machine setup tooling and maintenance
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
