CNC Machinist

Staff Up is hiring for Entry Level or experienced CNC Operators/Programmers in Cedar Hill TX

Shift: MonFri 7:00 AM 4:30 PM

Pay:$16.00 $25.00/hr. (Based on experience)

Role Overview:
We specialize in 100% custom parts with no mass production. Because every job is unique you must be extremely fluent in programming to keep up with one-off custom designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Set Up & Operate: Manage CNC vertical/horizontal mills and manual CNC lathes.
• Custom Fabrication: Set up work holding fixtures tooling and machine parameters for unique non-repetitive jobs.
• Technical Reading: Interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to select appropriate speeds feeds and tooling.
• Quality Control: Maintain tight tolerances and surface finishes; perform first-piece inspections using calipers and micrometers.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues and optimize programs for efficiency; debur and finish components as needed.
• Collaboration: Work directly with engineers and designers to meet specific project goals.

Requirements:

• High proficiency in CNC programming (essential for custom workflows).
• MUST WORK OVERTIME AND ON SATURDAYS
