TMD Staffing is looking to hire experienced CNC Machinistin the Northwest Houston TX 77041 area!

In-Person Climate-Controlled Manufacturing Facility

• Operate CNC Lathe and Mill machines to manufacture precision parts according to engineered blueprints and specifications.

• Perform machine set-ups and monitor machine operations for quality and accuracy.

• Read and interpret blueprints process documents and operating instructions.

• Inspect finished products using measuring tools such as micrometers calipers gauges and comparators.

• Maintain tight tolerances and ensure all parts meet company quality standards.

• Operate table saws and other equipment for cutting raw materials.

• Identify machining issues or defects and report concerns to management.

• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.

• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE at all times.

• Cross-train in multiple departments as needed.

• Minimum 12 years of CNC Lathe and/or Mill operating experience required.

• Experience reading engineered blueprints and machining threaded applications.

• Experience with Fanuc controls preferred.

• Experience with DMG Mori Seiki or Mazak machines is a plus.

• Ability to use precision measuring instruments.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Must be dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

$20.00$22.00/hour DOE

PM Shift: 9:00PM 6:00AM Monday Friday Overtime and weekends as needed
