CNC Plasma Operator / CNC Burn Operator Pittsburgh PA
Pay: $23.00 $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay
Minutemen Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Plasma Operator / CNC Burn Operator in Pittsburgh PA. This position is responsible for operating CNC plasma and oxy-fuel burning equipment to cut and process steel plate according to customer specifications and company quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC plasma and burn machines
- Read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet required specifications
- Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance
- Verify steel material specifications before processing
- Enter production information into the system
- Mark label and organize finished materials
- Perform secondary tasks such as drilling tapping or deburring as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a CNC Operator Plasma Operator or Burn Table Operator
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable transportation
- Resume required
