Job Summary
Caregiver/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Ridegeville
Provides in-home personal care and support to clients under the supervision with the collaboration of the Care Team Manager and Client Care Manager . Assists with daily living needs monitors basic health indicators and helps maintain a safe comfortable home environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding
- Support mobility: transfers ambulation and exercises
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to assist with physical tasks and mobility support
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
