Position Overview
Senior Helpers of West Houston is seeking compassionate dependable and dedicated Caregivers to join our growing  this part-time on-site role you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life of our clients by providing personal care companionship and support with daily living activities.


Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing grooming dressing and hygiene support

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Support clients living with Alzheimers disease dementia or other chronic conditions

• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry tidying and basic cleaning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary

• Help maintain a safe comfortable and independent home environment

• Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver experience strongly preferred

• Experience providing personal care to seniors

• Knowledge of Alzheimers care dementia care and chronic condition support preferred

• Ability to perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate patient and dependable attitude

• Ability to adapt to varying client needs and schedules

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required

• CPR Certification preferred

• Must be able to pass a background check

Schedule & Availability
We are currently hiring caregivers available for:
 Morning Shift: 8:00 AM  4:00 PM
 Afternoon/Evening Shift: 1:00 PM  8:00 PM
Flexible availability is a plus.
