Competitive base pay based on experience plus an additional $2.00 per hour under the Baylor commitment

NHC HealthCare Columbia is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Weekend Night Shift Baylor Commitment.

This opportunity is ideal for a CNA who enjoys providing hands-on care and would like to work a concentrated weekend schedule.

Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living.

Assist patients and residents with bathing dressing grooming toileting mobility and other personal care needs.

Take and record vital signs as directed.

Observe patients and residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.

Assist with transfers positioning and mobility while following established safety procedures.

Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment.

Provide compassionate and respectful care to patients residents and families.

Follow infection control safety regulatory and NHC policies and procedures.

Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Tennessee.

Ability to meet the requirements of the Weekend Night Shift Baylor Commitment.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Dependable compassionate and committed to providing quality care.

CNAs who meet the requirements of the Weekend Night Shift Baylor Commitment will receive an additional $2.00 per hour added to their regular base rate of pay.

Eligibility and scheduling requirements are subject to NHC guidelines and center-specific requirements.
