Job Title: CNA / QMAP Group Home Setting
Location: Steamboat Springs CO
Job Type: Contract / Full-Time
Schedule:
- Variable shifts 40 hours/week
- Shift Rotation: Saturday 7:00 AM Monday 3:00 PM
- Overnight stay required
Job Overview:We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable CNA/QMAP to provide care in a residential group home setting. This role combines CNA duties with medication administration responsibilities while supporting residents in a home-like environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing dressing grooming toileting)
- Administer medications as per QMAP guidelines
- Monitor and record vital signs and report changes
- Support daily routines in a residential care setting
- Assist residents with community activities such as appointments and errands
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Ensure resident safety comfort and well-being
- Provide individualized patient-centered care
Additional Responsibilities:
- Transport residents using a company-provided vehicle
- Stay overnight during assigned shifts
- Respond to resident needs during overnight hours
- Maintain flexibility in a home-based care environment
Required Qualifications:
- Active CNA Certification
- QMAP Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a residential/group home setting
- Valid driving record (must pass background/DMV check)
Preferred Qualifications:
- BLS/CPR Certification
Compensation & Benefits:
- 40 hours per week
- Overnight accommodations provided
- Meals provided during shifts
