This Position Is NOT For You If:

You have highly inconsistent availability.
You frequently call out or cancel shifts.
You are seeking a temporary position while looking for something else.
You are not comfortable building ongoing relationships with clients.

We are currently seeking caregivers who have reliable and consistent availability and are committed to providing high-quality care.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility assistance.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
Observe and report changes in client condition.
Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the office team.
Promote client dignity independence safety and well-being.

Qualifications

Current North Carolina CNA certification.
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
Professional communication skills.
Ability to work independently in clients homes.
Dependable attendance and consistent availability.
Previous home care experience preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

CPR and First Aid certification.
Experience working with seniors veterans or individuals with disabilities.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
