Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs and promptly report changes in residents health conditions to nursing staff.
- Provide personal care while maintaining residents dignity comfort and privacy.
- Assist with mobility ambulation and safe patient transfers
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Follow infection control protocols safety guidelines and facility policies.
- Provide emotional support and promote a safe comfortable environment for residents.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must possess a current unrestricted Colorado CNA certification.
- Previous long-term care (LTC) experience is required.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
- Strong communication interpersonal and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- Must comply with applicable state vaccination requirements and facility policies.
