Job Overview

Client is seeking a highly skilled reliable and compassionateTravel Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A)to join an active Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing (SNF) department. This 13-week day-shift contract is tailored for a seasoned professional looking to deliver premium care within a top-tier community-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Living Assistance:Deliver routine daily personal nursing care bed transfers repositioning cycles and general daily activity assistance to long-term care residents.
• Clinical Tracking:Monitor and record vitals food/fluid intake and dynamic behavioral changes reporting any health status anomalies to the supervising clinical nurse.
• System Documentation:Accurately chart patient activities and daily care benchmarks utilizing the facilitysPoint ClickElectronic Medical Record (EMR) software architecture.
• Team Integration:Collaborate seamlessly across the nursing department to support a warm clean safe and highly efficient resident healing landscape.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Licensure:Must hold a currently active unencumberedColorado state C.N.A registration.
• Experience Required:Minimum offour (4) yearsof solid dedicated experience working within a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
• Strict Travel Radius Rule:This is an exclusive travel assignment.The candidates permanent primary residence must be at least 65 miles away from the Meeker CO facility.Local commuters or local regional travelers will not be considered.
• Health & Compliance:Holiday shift rotation availability is required. Candidate must meet state-mandated COVID vaccination guidelines.
