Assisting Hands Home Care South Jacksonville is hiring CNAs HHAs and experienced caregivers throughout Clay County. We offer one-on-one care in clients homes with consistent daytime schedules clients close to home and the support of a local office team.

What Youll Do

Assist with personal care bathing dressing and grooming
Help clients safely move throughout the home
Prepare meals and encourage hydration
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with transportation to appointments and errands
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Document care activities through our caregiver app

What Were Looking For

Active CNA license or Home Health Aide certification
Current CPR certification
Reliable transportation
