The Johns Hopkins Hospital-Bloomberg 12has a 15 bed acute care pediatric inpatient psychiatry unit and a 12 slot psychiatric Day Hospital for voluntary patients aged 5-17. Most commonly seen diagnoses include mood disorders anxiety psychosis bipolar and adjustment addition to mental illness patients may also have medical co-morbidities: asthma diabetes sickle cell cancer etc.

Licensure/Certifications:

• Nursing Assistant Certification from the Maryland Board of Nursing required.
• Current CPR certification
• Completion of a certified training course for Nursing Assistants required

Salary Range: Minimum 17.92/hour - Maximum 20.79/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
