Qualifications

Your responsibilities include:

  • Assist with personal care such as bathing grooming dressing and hygiene
  • Support mobility transfers and range-of-motion exercises
  • Monitor and document vital signs and report changes
  • Provide comfort care and help prevent skin breakdown
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
  • Provide medication reminders in accordance with regulations
  • Maintain a clean safe and organized environment
  • Communicate patient updates promptly to the care team
  • Offer emotional support to patients and families
  • Provide respite support for caregivers

What You Bring:

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Minimum of 75 hours of CNA training
  • One year of experience in hospice home health or acute care preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid drivers license and reliable insured vehicle
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Compassion and professionalism when providing end-of-life care
