Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- BLS (AHA)
- Active CNA Certification
- Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
- Responsibilities:
- Assist patients/residents with ADLs including bathing dressing grooming and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs intake/output and patient observations.
- Assist with mobility transfers and repositioning to ensure patient safety.
- Provide assistance with feeding and hydration as needed.
- Maintain a clean safe and comfortable patient environment.
