NurSelect is looking for CNAs to provide residents and patients with a high quality of nursing care for NurSelect partner facilities.

• The CNAs will adhere to specific procedures and programs per the facilitys request as well as coordinating work within the department and other departments in the organization.
• The CNAs will report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor respond to inquiries or requests for information and assist the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations.
• The CNAs are responsible for providing routine daily care to assigned residents including but not limited to personal hygiene care meals and nutrition safe transfers and assisting with maintaining a clean and healthy environment.

Requirements:

• Must possess an active Pennsylvania CNA certification
• Minimum 6 months Skilled-Nursing/Long-Term Care or related experience
• Punctual reliable and trustworthy
• Motivated hard-working and caring attitude
• Resident-centric mind-set
