What this job involves:
JLL is looking for a CMMS Program Manager to lead the strategic management of our Corrigo Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) platform for a key this client-facing role you will drive operational excellence through strategic system oversight data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert and client liaison for all CMMS initiatives owning the change management program to ensure optimal system performance enhance service delivery and directly impact client satisfaction.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Develop and execute the comprehensive CMMS strategy partnering with client leadership to maximize system ROI and operational efficiency.
Serve as the primary client advisor for all CMMS-related initiatives presenting performance data strategic recommendations and system insights.
Lead the change management program for the platform ensuring smooth adoption of new features and processes across account teams.
Partner with internal platform teams to manage the pipeline of system enhancements configurations and support escalations ensuring client priorities are met.
Conduct in-depth analysis of system data to identify performance trends generate actionable insights and develop KPI dashboards for stakeholders.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying piloting and scaling best-in-class processes and system innovations.
Maintain expert-level oversight of the Corrigo platform managing data integrity new feature releases and system health.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with Facilities Finance Sourcing and Operations teams leveraging what sets JLL apartour culture of collaboration.
Required qualifications:
5 years of experience managing CMMS/work order applications preferably within a facilities management or performance management context.
Expert-level proficiency in the Corrigo CMMS platform including configuration reporting and system optimization.
Demonstrated experience with data analysis performance reporting and using data to drive strategic decisions.
Strong technical and analytical skills with a process-oriented and data-driven mindset.
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite particularly with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
An undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
Preferred qualifications:
Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
A strategic mindset combined with superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
A strong customer service orientation with experience acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Experience developing strategic roadmaps for technology platforms and championing innovation.

Expected compensation for this position:
84000..00 USD per year
Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications location market conditions and internal considerations.
