The CMMS Administrator supports the day-to-day administration maintenance and operational support of the Nuvolo platform within Non-GMP and GMP-regulated environment. This role is responsible for executing routine system administration activities supporting end users troubleshooting system issues and assisting with ongoing system improvements and operational initiatives.The position works closely with a team of functional administrators to support Facilities Research and Development Lab Operations Space and Move Workplace services Global Security EHSS Reliability DTE and Engineering teams to ensure compliant and efficient system operations.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage user and assignment group access across all non-GMP environments
Develop and deliver end-user training create documentation and provide guidance on proper data entry and system functionality to internal and external users
Execute requirement testing for system upgrades perform informal testing of story requests and support software updates/expansions across all instances
Drive best practices across global sites support continuous improvement initiatives configure workflows create dashboards/reports and analyze data to optimize operational procedures
System Administration & User Management
Manage Non-GMP user and assignment group access (add/remove/modify roles)
Ensuring data quality and data management of reports and dashboards
Support review and execute bulk data uploads
Training and Documentation
Deliver end-user training sessions
Update/maintain training documentation
Train internal and external users on data entry and system features
Testing & Quality Assurance
Execute informal testing of story requests
Perform requirement testing after system upgrades
Support testing for software upgrades/updates/expansions
Project Support and Implementation
Support expanded use of system to all Non-GMP business functions
Assist with internal and externally driven software upgrades/expansions
Contribute to project scoping and work plans

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement the geographic area in which the work will be performed market pay rates in that area and the candidates experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $35.02 - $41.20
