Club Attendant

• Welcome and acknowledge Club 1907 guests with a warm professional and genuine approach.
• Maintain the cleanliness organization and presentation of the Club 1907 lounge including guest seating areas service areas restrooms and back-of-house spaces.
• Continuously monitor the lounge and promptly replenish food beverages amenities linens and other guest supplies as needed.
• Clear and reset tables glassware dishes and service items throughout the day.
• Ensure buffet and refreshment areas are clean organized and properly presented.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of daily Club 1907 service periods.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance throughout their visit.
• Respond to guest requests and questions in a courteous timely and professional manner.
• Maintain awareness of VIP guests and provide personalized service while respecting guest privacy and discretion.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Follow all food safety sanitation cleanliness and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance in accordance with Fairmont grooming and uniform standards.
• Communicate guest preferences concerns and service opportunities to leadership and appropriate departments.
• Assist with special events VIP amenities welcome gifts and other Club 1907 guest experiences as needed.
• Protect the confidentiality and privacy of guests and hotel information.
• Support other areas of the hotel as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality hotel restaurant private club or guest service environment preferred.
• Previous experience in a VIP lounge executive lounge club lounge or similar setting is a plus.
• Strong commitment to cleanliness organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide discreet personalized service.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends holidays and varying shifts as required by business needs.
• Ability to stand walk bend lift and perform physical tasks associated with maintaining the lounge environment.
