Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
The contractor will support Clover point-of-sale devices across 7 City departments. This is not just a general help-desk positionthe person needs to be comfortable working with POS hardware payment systems applications networking and user access.
A contractor is needed to support Clover point of sale devices used by 7 departments throughout the City. The tasks will include: configuring clover devices decommissioning old clover devices managing user access troubleshooting clover devices when issues arise (ex. error messages network battery) escalation of clover issues to Client support of the application support of the application and support of the Client payment gateways for payment card devices and software systems.
