As an IT Engineer II youll work on teams that are managing and supporting the organizations IT infrastructure data or applications. Youll will support senior engineers in the development and support activities as well as project tasks as directed. Additionally in this role youll have the opportunity to contribute on teams in a collaborative environment.This position will be responsible for collaboration with various teams to assist in the automation of day-to-day tasks. Working collaboratively to develop scalable solutions that adhere to data compliance and network security standards.
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers networks software and hardware.
Implement and configure new technologies to improve IT operations.
Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of IT systems.
Develop and maintain technical documentation including system configurations and procedures.
Experience in enterprise networks and enterprise technologies.
Experience in development languages i.e. Python and PowerShell.
Working knowledge of ITIL practicesincluding incident change and problem management.
Experience with Data & Network Securitytools i.e. VaronisRapid7/NexposeDataDogand Elastic.
Experience withAzure DevOps and Azure.
Experience withNetwork File Shares and NTFS permissions.
What youll need:
1 years of relatedexperienceinIT OperationsSupportApplicationDevelopmentIT Automationor similar fields.
Bachelors degreein Information Technologyor related field.
Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred.
Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
Entry level to intermediate organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with team members stakeholders and external partners with proficiency in ADO.
Intermediate experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Azure) pipeline management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira and working on projects.
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
