The Opportunity
Resilience Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician to join their clinical team in Walpole MA. This is a full-time onsite day-shift role well suited for a clinician who is comfortable providing both individual and group therapy in a structured treatment setting and is committed to delivering trauma-informed evidence-based care.
What Youll Do
- Provide individual and group therapy within a structured clinical treatment setting
- Apply evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed care approaches throughout client work
- Maintain accurate timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the broader multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Communicate effectively with clients families and treatment team members to support positive outcomes
Requirements
- Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or a related behavioral health field
- Active unrestricted clinical license in the state of Massachusetts (LCSW LICSW LMHC LPC or LMFT) or license-eligible status
- 1-2 years of experience providing individual and group therapy in a structured treatment setting
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed care
- Excellent clinical documentation communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Schedule and Compensation
- Schedule: Full-time onsite days
- Compensation: $60000 - $70000 annually
- Paid time off
