Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical care to youth and families in residential or program-specific settings.
  • Conduct individual family and group therapy as well as clinical consultation and case management.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable outcomes discharge criteria and focus on restoring and maintaining optimal functioning.
  • Ensure services are trauma-informed evidence-based and aligned with best practices.
  • Document all clinical care in the Electronic Health Record and other required systems promptly and accurately.
  • Participate in 24-hour emergency coverage for client caseloads as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams families and external providers to support individualized care.
  • Maintain professionalism ethical practice and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development supervision and reflective practice.
  • Respond to clinical alerts quality management protocols and utilization review requirements.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Trauma-informed care and understanding of substance use impacts
    • Strengths-based and client-centered therapeutic approaches
    • Ability to engage with diverse populations and support inclusion equity and diversity
    • Strong documentation organizational and communication skills
    • Competency in assessment treatment planning and outcome evaluation
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in psychology social work counseling or a related field.
  • Behavioral health license eligible (LICSW LMHC LMFT or Licensed Psychologist).
  • 13 years of related clinical experience.
  • Standard drivers license and reliable transportation
