Clinician - All Ages - Somerville Outpatient

In this vital role the Clinician - All Ages will provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for child adolescent and adults of the program.

The Clinician will:

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations including developing treatment plan and goals in collaboration with the consumer.
  • Collaborate with treatment team and other providers to establish treatment plan and disposition.
  • Provide direct therapeutic intervention.
  • Maintain regular communication with treatment team and collateral providers/case managers as necessary. This may include attending planning or case management meetings regarding consumers.
  • Provides crisis management for clients on caseload and other outpatient center clients as necessary.

Our ideal candidate will be comfortable working with individuals across the lifespan and has experience or a strong interest in supporting diverse populations especially those impacted by substance use challenges and co-occurring disorders.

Schedule: Full time 40 hours

Salary:

  • Unlicensed Clinician - $61800.12/salaried
  • Independent Licensure - $64890.17/salaried

Required Skills
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work as a member of a team and to function independently
Required Experience
  • Masters Degree in Social Work Psychology or Counseling
  • One year of experience specific to the clinicians training and expertise
  • Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS)certified
  • Must meet all requirements to leading to an active professional license in the individuals professional discipline including but not limited to continuing education ethical requirements etc.
