Job Overview
The Clinical Trial Recruitment Specialist is responsible for ensuring volunteer participation for each clinical study.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Operations
- Pre-screens potential participants to ensure they meet protocol-specific inclusion/exclusion criteria and understand the study details.
- Manages and updates the Recruitment Database of study volunteers.
- Creates and maintains the participant screening appointment schedule.
- Sends informed consent (ICF) videos to participants prior to telehealth appointments.
- Participant Screening & Protocol Compliance
- Conduct telehealth procedures including informed consent demographic collection medical history review and assessment of protocol eligibility.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of inclusion/exclusion criteria for all active protocols.
- Ensures strict adherence to protocol guidelines and Good Clinical Practices (GCPs).
- Collaboration & Outreach
- Collaborates with internal staff to ensure seamless participant service.
- Partners with community organizations and participate in events to educate and recruit potential clinical trial participants.
- Quality Assurance
- Reviews participant data to confirm alignment with protocol requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Associates degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year of relevant work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
- At least 1 year of call center experience
