Job Summary
The Clinical Training Manager is responsible for leading the implementation and coordination of clinical training efforts across all HealthRIGHT 360 programs. They ensure the clinical workforce is equipped with the knowledge skills and support needed to deliver high-quality client-centered and trauma-informed care. The Clinical Training Manager has a strong understanding of evidence-based practices clinical supervision and training development along with a passion for supporting personnel growth and innovation in the behavioral health RESPONSIBILITIESTraining Development & ImplementationAssesses training needs of personnel through the use of evaluations surveys focus groups collaboration with program leadership etc. to identify gaps and targeted training engaging clinical and leadership training content and materials including associated experiential activities and handouts/resources that reflect the mission values and clinical vision of HealthRIGHT 360 with a focus on culturally responsive trauma-informed and recovery-oriented and delivers in-person and online clinical trainings across all HealthRIGHT 360 programs ensuring alignment with agency-wide clinical standards and best training content and materials on an ongoing basis to reflect clinical developments and evolving best implementation of Calm Every Storm trainings in Southern CA including but not limited to scheduling and delivery of Innovation & CollaborationParticipates in a Clinical Workgroup comprised of clinical leadership from across the agency to promote consistency alignment and innovation in clinical in regular meetings to discuss emerging clinical trends address implementation challenges of training initiatives and share successful with Training Manager to align clinical training initiatives with HR360s Training and Development a culture of continuous learning and clinical Planning & CompliancePartner with senior leadership to define clinical training priorities that support organizational goals and compliance with licensing accreditation and funding with internal departments (e.g. People Quality Improvement Compliance) to ensure trainings meet necessary standards and documentation Responsibilities Provides 1:1 supervision training and guidance to direct direct reports follow HR360 policies and procedures and are informed of any and all Agency and team direct reports in goal setting and provides professional development and training ongoing feedback support and coaching to ensure direct reports are successful in their performance reviews in a timely manner as with Human Resources and DOII in the hiring onboarding and offboarding of direct all timesheets time off requests etc. within required tracks and reports on training metrics personnel participation and training training evaluations and provides feedback to Agency knowledge of regulatory changes emerging practices and workforce development trends in behavioral assigned training in a timely with Relias system maintenance as other People Department initiatives as perform other duties as Certification or LicensureMasters degree in Psychology Social Work Counseling or related California clinical license (LMFT LCSW LPCC or PsyD/PhD).ExperienceRequired:Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in behavioral of 2 years in a supervisory or training experience in developing and facilitating effective clinical knowledge of evidence-based practices substance use disorder treatment and co-occurring communication facilitation and interpersonal at presenting information in a clear accessible manner tailored to personnel with varying levels of experience and ability to collaborate across diverse teams and :Experience working within large multi-site community-based or nonprofit with Medi-Cal documentation and DHCS in English and Spanish or other threshold languages a Check and Other RequirementsQualified candidates with arrest and conviction records will be considered for be capable of obtaining and maintaining a satisfactory background be capable of meeting health screening and tuberculosis testing be capable of maintaining credential be capable of meeting the program and funder requirements.
