• Provide individual therapy services and maintain timely clinical documentation
• Complete assessments treatment plans and progress notes
• Supervise and mentor pre-licensed therapists
• Develop creative and effective treatment interventions
• Collaborate with families healthcare providers case managers and community partners
• Participate in clinical meetings consultation and training opportunities
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week including supervisee hours
• Support clinic growth and a positive team culture

• Masters degree in Counseling Social Work Marriage & Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
• Active Texas supervisor designation (LPC-S LCSW-S or LMFT-S)
• Minimum of 5 years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience supervising clinicians pursuing licensure
• Strong assessment treatment planning and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience serving diverse client populations
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft 365 (Valant experience preferred)
• Insurance panel credentialing preferred
