Recovery happens through connection consistency and community. This role supports individuals in critical stages of addiction recovery through a collaborative team-based approach focused on helping clients stabilize rebuild and move forward.

• Provide individual and group therapy for individuals in addiction recovery
• Facilitate evidence-based groups including relapse prevention and trauma-informed care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person care
• Participate in team meetings case consultations and treatment planning
• Support clients through early recovery and high-risk transitions

Work alongside case managers peer support specialists and supervisors in a collaborative environment that promotes clinical support and shared success.

Provide direct face-to-face therapeutic services to individuals in recovery through individual counseling group facilitation and crisis stabilization.

• Masters degree in Counseling Social Work or a related field
• Licensure or license-eligible (LCSW CSW LPCC MFT LPCA)
• Experience or interest in addiction recovery preferred
