FT Monday-Friday AM shift 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):

Education:

  • Masters degree in social science field.

Experience:

  • At least four (4) years of experience in a behavioral health field.
  • One (1) year in a leadership role

License or Certification:

  • BBS Licensed as LMFT LCSW LPCC or Psychologist
  • Ability to provide Clinical Supervision per BBS regulations

Driver Requirements: A valid California Drivers License and current automobile insurance with a driving record that consistently meets the agencys eligibility policy.

How you will make a difference (job overview):

The Clinical Supervisor is primarily responsibility for oversight of mental health services and case management services to children and their families. Supervises Mental Health Specialists and Substance Use Counselors providing mental health services to clients referred to Community Services Programs. The Clinical Supervisor may have their own caseload in addition to overseeing their staff. He/she acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical & support staff.

Division/Program Overview:

  • Programs:Adult consented program
  • Population Served:Adults (18) and older adults.
  • Facility & Setting: Community-based program all services happen at a persons home or community.
  • Clinical Services: Using a strength-based approach and working together as a multidisciplinary clients with complex needs like medication housing vocational independent living and mental health.
  • Skills & Services:Services are provided to individuals and families throughout Santa Clara County. The intensity for services for each client is about 15 hours per month.
