Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans. This role provides clinical supervision coaching and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians while assisting with assessments parent training data analysis and clinical documentation. Services are provided in home school community and telehealth settings.

Typical Caseload: 815 clients (may vary based on organizational needs).

Essential Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Train mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians.
  • Conduct clinical assessments including Vineland DAYC-2 and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
  • Collect review and analyze treatment data to support clinical decision-making.
  • Assist with parent and caregiver training.
  • Complete clinical documentation and reports accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality client care.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA BACB Ethics Code and company policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education Child Development Special Education Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Currently completing supervised BCBA fieldwork hours.
  • Current RBT or BCAT certification.
  • Minimum of two years of experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Experience conducting Vineland DAYC-2 and Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Strong communication organizational and leadership skills.
  • Valid California drivers license reliable transportation and active auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass required background screening and provide proof of TB clearance.
  • Willingness to obtain CPR certification during onboarding.

Preferred

  • BCBA exam eligible or nearing completion of fieldwork hours.
  • STAT certification.
  • Three or more years of ABA experience.
  • Previous experience supervising staff or managing clinical caseloads.
  • Spanish bilingual and/or American Sign Language (ASL) experience.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Daytime afternoon and occasional early evening hours based on client needs
  • Travel throughout Stanislaus County including Modesto Turlock Ceres Oakdale Riverbank Salida Hughson Empire Waterford Keyes and Patterson

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to safely participate in client sessions including standing walking sitting on the floor bending kneeling squatting lifting up to 50 pounds and implementing approved behavior intervention procedures when necessary.

Employees must be able to travel between service locations and utilize electronic devices for data collection and documentation.
