As a Clinical Supervisor you will provide day-to-day leadership and clinical oversight for the Med Surg team ensuring safe high-quality and efficient patient this role you will oversee nursing operations coordinate patient care and staffing needs and serve as a mentor and coach to nursing staff. You will foster a positive collaborative and patient-centered environment while partnering with physicians leaders and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and operational processes. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for monitoring quality safety and regulatory standards supporting staff development and accountability and assisting with performance management. This leader also plays a key role in patient flow bed management and resource utilization while promoting employee engagement shared governance and a culture of excellence throughout the unit.Position Details:

10000 Sign On Bonus for full-time RNs
with at least 1 year of experience

Qualifications
Required:
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
Current RN license in the state of practice
35 years of hospital nursing experience
American Heart Association BLS (or obtained during probationary period)
Strong leadership communication and clinical assessment skills
Preferred:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Advanced certifications such as TNCC ACLS ENPC or PALS
