Job Summary
The Shift:
This is a Monday through Friday day shift position working 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Kansas/Missouri RN license required.
2 years of experience preferred.
Supervising 30-45 clinical employees.
The Work:
- Position will work in coordination with the Primary Care Clinic Supervisor to oversee staff focused on ancillary staff including lab & x-ray Family Medicine Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine patients.
- Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned.
- Supervise assigned clinical departments.
- Also responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions discipline and staff evaluations.
- Assist clinical staff and cover clinical duties as needed.
- Prior supervisor or manager experience preferred.
