Salary Range: $69742 - $116251

Overview
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating patient care resources to meet the clinical needs of patients while ensuring high-quality efficient and compassionate care. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team and serves as a key resource for clinical staff physicians and the public. The Clinical Supervisor plays a vital role in administrative decision-making staff development and program implementation while also supporting talent retention and customer service excellence.
Education
- Associate Level Degree in Nursing (Required)
Certification/Licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification American Heart Association (AHA) RQI within 90 days of hire (Required)
- One of the following licenses is required:
- Registered Nurse (RN) Multi State - Nursing License - North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON) OR
- Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - North Carolina Board of Nursing (NCBON) OR
- Registered Nurse (RN) Multi State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP) OR
- Registered Nurse (RN) Single State - Nursing License - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
Experience
- 2 years of home health or infusion experience (Required)
- 1 year of supervisory experience (Required)
