Meeting Street is currently looking for a Clinical Supervisor for 40 per week.

Duties:

• Completes all aspects of supervision with direct service providers.
• Works cooperatively with the early childhood management team on ongoing support delivery and management of the program.
• Monitors guides and participates in the case management review process and other CQI activities.
• Meets own budgeted productivity expectations.
• Works cooperatively with the Department of Human Services on EI-related activities.
• Ensures compliance with the DHS Supervision Policies and Procedures.
• Assists in the development and monitoring of the annual budget to ensure that Program/Department targets are met and align with available resources.
• Monitors staff performance and productivity on a regular ongoing basis.

• A minimum of three (3) years related experience working with infants toddlers and families and direct supervisory experience.
• Experience in home visiting preferred.
• EI Qualified Personnel as defined in DHS EI Certification Standards.
• Bachelors degree in related field required (Advanced degree preferred) as well as appropriate licensure/certification in related field.
• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Office environment
• Services take place in a variety of environments including clients homes.
• Access to all Early Intervention client records only.
• Able to get at childs level climb stairs deal with weather conditions lifting bending stooping.
• Must provide reliable transportation with a valid drivers license and auto insurance.
