Regularly reviews documentation to ensure compliance. Proactively addresses any client issues with respect to therapeutic services. Supervises staff as JOB FUNCTIONSTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below: Supervises and oversees counselors and psychological services to ensure quality psychological evaluations and services for Sevita program participants. Establishes liaisons with consulting staff (physicians psychologist etc.) and mentors to ensure coordinated service delivery to client. Consults to all treatment teams and psych staff on assessment and interpretation as needed. Provides individual and family psychotherapy as needed. May assess and assign intakes; monitor daily census and any corresponding referral sources. Ensures program compliance with all corporate and legal requirements. Ensures adherence to accreditation standards for disciplines and department in accordance with APA and state guidelines. Participates in programmatic meetings regarding program development policies and procedures program evaluator etc. as needed. May assist in the development and implementation of residential programs and oversight of clinical Description for Supervisor Clinical Assembles program statistics for reporting as needed and provides necessary documentation for billing and mentor payroll if necessary. Provides on-call support by participating in on-call rotation as scheduled and providing consultation with team members as assistance is needed. May develop and implement crisis intervention emergency procedures oversee Utilization Review Quality Assurance investigations internal evaluations and participate in emergency coverage system. Assists in the overall management of the program and staff as directed by Program Manager or in the absence of Program Manager. May oversee recruitment matching contracting performance evaluations and reimbursement for mentors. Ensures development of comprehensive training for clinical staff mentors program participates and their families as needed. Performs other related duties and activities as required. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directs and supervises assigned staff including performance evaluations scheduling orientation and training. Makes decisions on employee hires transfers promotions salary changes discipline terminations and similar actions. Resolves employee problems within position responsibilities. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or abilities required to perform the job:Education and Experience: Masters degree in human servicesThree years of related experience with one year experience in clinical MD CFS requires a Masters degree in social work and Board Certification as a Licenses and Registrations:Licensure and/or certification as required by stateCurrent drivers license car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving MD CFS requires LCSW-COther Skills and Abilities:None notedOther Requirements:Travel as neededPhysical Requirements:Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
