Job Description:

Vitalant is seeking a Registered Nurse to specialize in Therapeutic Apheresis. If you are customer-focused and impact-inspired to help others and making a difference is vital for you youll experience a career built on purpose an organization created to care and a team committed to lead together.
Your Impact as a Registered Nurse is vital. You will play a pivotal role in Vitalants life-saving mission by performing advanced clinical procedures specifically therapeutic apheresis procedures such as stem cell granulocyte and lymphocyte collections all while operating under the supervision of a licensed physician.

What to Expect

Schedule: Days Monday - Friday

On Call: Will rotate on call with team once trained.

Base Wage: $34.90/hour - $46.07/hour (depending on relevant experience)

As a Registered Nurse youll get to

  • Perform all therapeutic procedures.
  • Process therapeutic orders coordinate procedure necessities and contribute to development implementation and evaluations of methodologies.
  • Provide excellent care to our patients providing education to patients donors and families.
  • Training in apheresis.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma from an accredited School of Nursing required.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of rationale and techniques relating to assigned duties required.
  • RN license in state of practice required.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Valid drivers license required.
