Clinical Specialist Interstate Travel Position

Salary Rate: $110000/year

• Directly oversee/assist with the delivery of care to Assisted Living/Memory Care residents to ensure that emotional physical psychological and safety needs are met through all program services and activities.
• Work with residents families and Community to ensure that residents are at appropriate levels of care.
• Develop and/or monitor documentation systems to ensure that all regulatory timeframes for review of assessments and service plans are met and that resident needs are met.
• Review and monitor survey readiness/PSR binder and verify that the Community is in compliance.
• Complete mock surveys as indicated.
• Assess potential residents for assisted living/Memory Care level of care.
• Assist with onboarding of New ALDs/Community Team members.
• Plan and schedule staff training programs and in-services for the Assisted Living/LC staff as indicated.
• Assist with the oversight of clinical operations of communities.
• Work closely with the operations and clinical staff within the communities.
• Ensure that the care provided to our residents exceeds operational standards and is in compliance with state and federal regulations.  
• Travel among multiple SLC communities is required.
• Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents the preservation of equipment and the achievement of safe working practices.

Qualifications :

Level of Formal Education: Bachelors degree
Area of Study: Nursing 
Years of Experience: 3 years
Type of Experience: Senior Housing or long term care environment
Special Certifications: Must have an active RN/LPN license. Must maintain all required CEU if indicated. Applying for Multi-State License may be required.
Skills and Ability:

• Ability to work multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
