Job Summary
The Clinical Solution Specialist - Patient Monitoringis responsible for helping healthcare organizations successfully implement and use patient monitoring solutions. This role bridges clinical practice and healthcare technology by ensuring that software aligns with clinical workflows and that healthcare professionals are trained to use it effectively.
- Consult with hospitals and clinical teams to understand and optimize patient monitoring workflows.
- Support implementation of patient monitoring solutions in clinical settings especially ICUs and critical care units.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the solution meets clinical requirements.
- Deliver training sessions for nurses physicians and other healthcare staff.
- Provide go-live support during system deployment and resolve workflow-related issues.
- Demonstrate product features and capabilities to customers and stakeholders.
- Promote user adoption through ongoing education and post-implementation support.
- Work closely with technical implementation and customer success teams to improve solution effectiveness.
- Knowledge of ICU and critical care workflows.
- Experience with patient monitoring systems.
- Understanding of clinical operations and care pathways.
- Strong training presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Preferred: Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience as an ICU nurse critical care nurse or clinical informatics professional is highly preferred.
- 90%: Clinical workflow software implementation user training and adoption.
- 10%: Patient monitoring hardware.
- Customer-facing role with direct interaction with clinicians.
- Requires travel to healthcare facilities for site visits and go-live support.
- Not suitable for offshore or fully remote delivery due to the need for on-site clinical engagement.
