Job Role

The CRAC position is integral to the research conducted at Adams Clinical. As a liaison between clinicians and research coordinators participants and healthcare providers a successful applicant will work directly with treatment seeking populations scheduling educating andassistingparticipants to foster seamless flow of office visits and operations. This is an in-person position at our locationnear Dallas TXwith the opportunity to transition to remote work after 6-12 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete appointment reminders and provide appointment information for visitors to the office to support appointment attendance

• Arrange transportation to and from the office using healthcare dedicated transportation portals (UberHealthand Lyft Concierge) to ensure visitors arepicked-upanddropped-offcorrectly. Monitor each portal during pick-up and drop-off toidentifymissed rides and call riders to re-booktrip.

• Place calls texts and emails to potential study participants who missed or rescheduled their appointment to help them arrange a new appointment time andmaintaintheir visit progress in coordination with office staff

• Contribute to the outreach team by answering inbound calls texts and emails triaging inquiries and directing select calls to other office teams

• Promote Adams Clinical to build relationships with potential study participants to ensure retention

• Review feedback from clinicians and clinical research coordinators and suggest improvements to screening process and marketing approach

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree from a 4-year college Required
• Fluent in English
• Great interpersonal customer service and organizational skills

Pay: $20.00 $23.00
