Job Summary

PART TIME-DAYS-REMOTE

Scope of Work

Responsibility for coordinating the services provided by multiple disciplines within and outside the health system. Exercises independent judgment in the assessment diagnosis initiation of selected protocols/procedures. Provides educational support for patients/significant others health team members and the community and coordinates evaluation practices to measure outcomes of programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent Required.
  • Masters degree or equivalent Preferred
  • 2 years of relevant experience required

  • CRT-Occupational Therapist registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire Required Or
