Clinical Program Specialist 2- School-Based Suicide Prevention

PART TIME-DAYS-REMOTE

Scope of Work

Responsibility for coordinating the services provided by multiple disciplines within and outside the health system. Exercises independent judgment in the assessment diagnosis initiation of selected protocols/procedures. Provides educational support for patients/significant others health team members and the community and coordinates evaluation practices to measure outcomes of programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent Required.
• Masters degree or equivalent Preferred
• 2 years of relevant experience required
• LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATEMI State of Michigan Excludes CV Administration HM Patient Care Logistics Health Comm - Department GM-Community Education Lifestyle Medicine PD HDVCH Child Protection PH Medical Affairs Admin PH Pre-Service Utility Management Upon Hire Required Or

• CRT-Registered Dietitian (RD) CDR Commission on Dietetic Registration Upon Hire Required Or
• LIC-Master Social Worker (MSW-Master) - STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire Required Or
• LIC-Physical Therapist - STATEMI State of Michigan Upon Hire Required Or
• CRT-Occupational Therapist registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire Required Or
• CRT-Speech Language Pathologist ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Upon Hire Required Or
• CRT-Nuclear Medicine Technologist NMTCB Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Cardiovascular Dept. Upon Hire Required Only
