Role: Clinical Program ManagerReports to: Director Mental Health AdministrationProgram: 3001-Lancaster Interim HousingDepartment: LancasterLocation: Kensington Campus -nd St West Lancaster CA 93536Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pmStatus:Full-time/Exempt/Management Benefits:Medical Vision Dental Life Insurance 403(b) Retirement plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) : 1Summary:The Clinical Program Manager will oversee the clinical mental health services program for adults in the interim housing addition the Clinical Program Manager will monitor and ensure that staff provides high-quality services that meet or exceed required contract funder and agency standards. The Clinical Program Manager may provide supervision for direct practice staff. This position is responsible for maintaining the efficiency of operations while fostering teamwork among staff and across departments and Duties and Responsibilities:In collaboration with supervisor monitor all administrative aspects of agencys Department of Mental Health (DMH) and other contracted clinical mental health services including billing and contract maximization in compliance with contract goals and outcomes in a timely coordinate and implement mental health and recovery support services with individual clinical support to staff assist with crisis intervention and ensure adherence to required reporting to funders as outlined by contract all clinical and mental health staff documentation and data collection is complete timely accurate and current in agency records and electronic provide individual and group clinical supervision for clinicians and document according to Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology standards once licensed for two individual and team supervision support and performance evaluations for all assigned in recruitment selection training supervision and evaluation of direct service with Quality Assurance to ensure proper staff orientation training and audit preparedness for all clinical and mental health and maintain active roster for all program clients as well as roster of service requests; coordinate with QA Department to maintain Service Request Log in Electronic Health Record adherence to funding source contract and performance a current thorough knowledge of community resources and utilize these to provide services to represent agency at funding partner or collaborative :Valid and current California Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensed Marriage Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Psychologist in good standing with licensing board preferredCertification or experience two years full-time post-graduate experience providing supervision to treatment teams interns and/or ASWs and clinical review skillsStrong training project management and team-building skillsAble to behave with sensitivity tact politeness and responsiveness with staff and clientsDetail oriented with excellent time management organizational written verbal interpersonal presentation and computer skillsKnowledge of trauma informed services housing first and harm reduction providing administrative and clinical supervisionExperience working with people living with mental illness and/or substance abuseContract and quality assurance experienceProficient in Microsoft Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint and database applicationsCurrent valid CA Drivers license reliable personal vehicle with auto Qualifications:Contract and quality assurance experienceProficient in Microsoft Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint and database applicationsWork Environment:Combination of field and office environmentRegularly required to sit stand bend; occasionally lift or carry up to 35 occasion walk or drive to different local sitesWill necessitate working in busy and loud environmentsWill be exposed to elements like cold heat dust noise and odorMay need to bend stoop twist and sit throughout the day
