Clinical Program Manager - Spirit Crossing Clubhouse & Individual Placement Support (IPS)
Salary Range:$83491 - $116900/year based on relevant years of experience
Location: Fort Collins Colorado
Status: Full time 40 hours per week
The salary range for this position is SummitStones good faith belief and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of the posting. Role Overview:
Responsible for providing clinical administrative oversight to designated programs to meet the behavioral health needs of our clients or consumers. Ensure that clinical programming is adhering to licensing guidelines applicable rules and regulations and that treatment rendered is ethical and applicable to the needs of the population. This position will demonstrate a commitment and provide leadership for Summitstone Health Partners values by delivering visionary and clinical leadership while fostering trust collaboration and a diverse and inclusive environment.
Clubhouse-Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight of the Spirit Crossing Clubhouse program.
- Support staff and members in maintaining fidelity to Clubhouse International standards and principles.
- Collaborate with clubhouse members community partners and the Clubhouse Advisory Board to support program development engagement and outcomes.
- Oversee Clubhouse accreditation activities and ongoing compliance with Clubhouse standards.
- Supervise vocational and rehabilitation-focused staff including Vocational Counselors and related positions.
- Promote recovery-oriented member-driven services that support community integration employment education and meaningful participation.
Essential Duties:
- Serves as primary oversight for to clinical program staff including case managers behavioral health therapists team leads and supervisors ensuring adherence to clinical quality and therapeutic best practice in the delivery of evidence-driven and integrated mental health and substance use care.
- Collaborates with the Operational leadership team collaborates with operational leaders and departmental teams to collect and analyze data prepare comprehensive reports and support decision-making related to service evaluation capacity planning access to care and program outcome measurement to ensure alignment with community needs.
- Acts as a bridge between programs; promoting and supporting the culture of SummitStone.
- Recruits and builds an effective team to deliver evidence-based and integrated behavioral health care and develops and fosters team values with staff.
- Provides Clinical and Administrative supervision to a combination of program supervisors team leads and/or assigned mental health and substance use disorder treatment staff focused on delivering the highest quality clinical behavioral health care including taking lead on providing and implementing clinical training and education.
- Contributes to the strategic planning process including driving policy and procedure changes when necessary for program improvement. Which could also include overseeing the implementation of new clinical projects service lines and/or treatment sites.
- Ensure accurate records and reporting for all grants/contracts assigned.
- Works with Operational leaders and departments to gather data and prepare reports to help evaluate services determine capacity or measure program outcomes.
- Perform direct client care for clients needing mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment.
- Evaluates staff performance for direct reports; addresses performance issues resolves conduct and ethical issues; carries out disciplinary action when needed. Provides technical assistance training and coaching in clinical and administrative areas ensuring the highest competence for clinical staff and effective treatment intervention.
- Contributes to the development standardization and implementation of evidence-based treatment protocols to promote high-quality consistent and effective care.
- Perform other duties as assigned and specific to program function.

Mental Illness Recovery - Clubhouse International
- Masters (MA) Degree in counseling psychology social work or related field from accredited College or University
- 5 years of experience in the Mental Health Field Substance Use Disorder Field or program of application
- 3 years of experience in a supervisory role (administrative or clinical)
- Experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders
- Current professional license in appropriate discipline (LCSW LPC LMFT or LAC)
- Must be eligible to provide clinical supervision in accordance with applicable state regulations and organizational policy
- Valid Colorado drivers license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire required for certain programs and locations; must maintain a clean driving record. This position may require occasional travel to client homes partner agencies and community locations including the safe transportation of clients to appointments and activities as needed
- Basic Life Support CPR and/or First Aid certifications may be required at time or hire or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire required based on programs and locations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dual licensure
- Experience working within psychosocial rehabilitation recovery-oriented services community mental health or Clubhouse programs
- Knowledge of Clubhouse International standards and accreditation process
- Experience supervising vocational employment rehabilitation or community-based behavioral health programming
- Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred
