Job Summary: The Clinical Pharmacy Technician supports the delivery of clinical pharmacy services under the supervision of licensed pharmacists. Combines advanced technical skills with a strong understanding of clinical workflows to assist in medication management patient care coordination and therapeutic monitoring. Serves as a resource to other technicians supports quality improvement initiatives ensures regulatory compliance and may assist in training or mentoring staff. The role requires a high level of independence accuracy and judgment in complex clinical and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
Completion of an ASHP/ACPE accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.
5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
PHRMTECH-R - Registered Pharmacy Technician required.
PHAR-C - Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) certification required.
Specialized assessment-based Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or other validated certificate
Salary Range: Minimum 19.02/hour - Maximum 30.44/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
